1.  Your child MUST have already completed and received his/her First Communion.
2.  They MUST be enrolled is Sacred Heart, Covina Confirmation program.  (If you are not
      in our Prish area, you will need to get a letter of permission from your home parish).
3.  You must submit a copy of your child's Baptism and First Communion Certificates.
4.  Provide 3 dates you are trying to reserve.
5.  Provide your child's name, parents' name, cell phone # and email address.

If are unable to meet these requirements, we are unable to have a quinceañera for them.
 

Fees: For Quinceañeras: We ask for a donation of $500. To reserve the date, a deposit of $100 is required.
