FRIDAY MORNINGS AFTER 8:15am MASS: Stations of the Cross will be celebrated in our parish church after Mass on Friday mornings of Lent. This year we are celebrating a special selection of prayers each Friday. Something very spiritual and unique to each Friday morning.
March 4: Stations of the Cross with St. Alphonsus Liguori March 11: Way of the Cross with Today’s Disciples March 18: Stations of the Cross with the National Divine Mercy Shrine March 25: Mary’s Way of the Cross (the Feast of the Annunciation) April 1: Praying the Stations of Mercy with Pope Francis April 8: Stations of the Cross with Saint John Paul II, Pope April 15 + Good Friday: a special 12:00noon celebration of the Liguori Stations
FRIDAY EVENIGNS AFTER 5:30pm MASS: We invite you to as individuals, in groups or as families to walk the Way of the Cross outside with our magnificent OUTDOOR STATIONS located in front of the Parish Center. Just as Jesus walked the streets of Jerusalem outdoors, walk with him!
SPECIAL EVENING CELEBRATIONS OF THE STATIONS at 7:15pm: Several of our parish ministries are preparing dynamic and spiritually profound Stations several weekday evenings through Lent; in our parish church. These prayerful celebrations are OPEN TO EVERYONE and will all begin at 7:15pm on these dates— Presented for everyone, by our parish:
Thurs., March 24: Youth Ministry Wed., March 30: Family Ministry Thurs., April 7: Young Adult Ministry Wed., April 13: Family Ministry
SPANISH COMMUNITY + Via Crucis: Our Spanish Ministry will pray El Via Crucis (Way of the Cross) on two evenings of Lent also on Good Friday.
The schedule is 7:15pm on: March 23 at 7:15pm – in church by/por San Alfonso Ligorio, April 6 at 7:15pm – in church by/por Sor Faustina April 15 + Good Friday: a special 1:30pm celebration – in the church by/por San Alfonso Liguori
OUTDOOR STATIONS: We have inspiring Stations of the Cross outdoors in front of our Parish Center. This is an appropriate opportunity to experience the Way of the Cross exactly as Jesus did; outdoors in the streets of Jerusalem. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to prayerfully walk these Stations anytime as an individual, group or family. They are always open to you.
INDOOR STATIONS: Inside our lovely parish church we have uplifting Stations of the Cross. During the day when the church is open (as long as there is no Mass, such as at 8:15am or a funeral Mass, etc.) --- You are invited to pray the Stations inside as an individual, family or group.
